I don't know how to describe how happy we are, its beyond our expectation. The service is TOP, can't expect more than what we received. Staff very helpful, extremely friendly, room are bigger than normal size. One night, we back to hotel a bit late after 9pm, and my family want to have a little swim. The staff told us swimming pool have closed, but they were trying to help us by letting us swam, not only that, they also preparing the pool just for us including towels. What amazing service!! Will stay there again for sure.

For my family, the location was ideal. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the restaurants and shops of Ubud, but feels quiet, and removed from the hustle and bustle. I especially enjoyed walking in the opposite direction from the center of town, towards a smaller village and several restaurants. Rhada Phala provided a respite from the overly touristy main streets of Ubud. The "welcome drink" was also unique and refreshing--they gave me the recipe! Half the staff was very attentive and kind.

First of all - PERSONNEL. From the capital letter. They are brilliant! Unfortunately, I can't list all of them, but who I remember, they are here (pardon, if there were wrong spelling): Kumala, Mahendr, Ami, Mouita, Febri, Koming, Hear,,, and other, who made our stay in the hotel just like happiness! Thank a lot to All!

The staff always greeted us with a friendly smile and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us to book transfers and tours. The pool area was wasn't huge, but had a beautiful outlook and was very relaxing and there was enough space for everyone. The onsite spa was also beautiful and relaxing and the treatment was wonderful. The hotel is about a 30min walk from Ubud, however there is a shuttle service to and from Ubud and most tours pick you up from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Radha Phala Resort & Spa and would recommend it to friends and family!

Amazing hotel with beautiful views to the garden and nice swimming pool! The Balinese garden is exceptionally beautiful surrounded by stunning palm trees! Staff is very welcoming, friendly, cooperative and helpful! They happily accommodated us with all needs!:)

everything, the room was huge and clean, had everything we needed and more. the hotel itself was so quiet and serene. THE STAFF WHERE SUPER AMAZING. everyone was kind and friendly and quick to help. Room service was great, the Spa treatments where awesome and relaxing we spent so much time in the pool it was always clean. the restaurant had basic but great selection of international and Indonesian food. they accommodated our dietary requirements so well. There is a free shuttle service to Ubud town (10 min drive) we used every day. it was my partners birthday while we stayed here and they bought a birthday cake for her and the whole restaurant team came out to sing it was a big surprise and so kind and sweet. I will recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ubud

We had a great stay at the resort. We were looking for something last minute to escape the busy live of Ubud for the remaining two days we were staying in this area. Location is perfect as it is super quited and has a lovely outside area and a nice pool to relax. And it is still close to Ubud center that you can go easily to Ubud Center within 15 minutes drive for dinner, etc. We slept very well, as the beds are very comfortable:)

The hotel, gardens and swimming pool were really beautiful. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Ubud surrounded by small rice fields but there are many nice cafe's and restuarants nearby. The rooms were very large, comfortable and clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. After a busy day sightseeing in central Ubud it was so nice to come back to the peace of this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, staff was great, place was clean and hygienic, easily accommodated the diet requests. The surroundings were wonderful, right in the middle of nature.

It was a pleasing surprise in terms of value for money. The affordability of the place did not compromise the quality of the services provided, making it a truly worthwhile experience. So its a very good mark from me. The accommodation was large ,comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and hospitable, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The on-site restaurant offered a good brekky at fair price, contributing to the overall convenience.
